Tom Roth is president of Wilson Learning Corporation. As such, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the company.
Roth has spent 27 years developing and implementing human performance improvement (HPI) solutions that address organizations' business issues. He believes in the power of the HPI model, and is committed to developing creative ways of leveraging Wilson Learning content, technologies, and expertise to build intervening HPI solutions that increase organizations' ability to grow and compete in today's marketplace. In addition to assisting executive leadership groups with team-building and leadership development, strategy alignment, and business transformation, he has served as an executive coach.
Roth is co-author of the book Creating the High Performance Team and has been a frequent international speaker representing Wilson Learning's point-of-view on a variety of issues, including leadership, team effectiveness, change, strategy implementation, and customer satisfaction. He has been interviewed on CNN's "Managing, with Lou Dobbs," Business Radio Network, and London Business Channel, as well as for a variety of business publications, such as The Harvard Business Review Management Update.
Ed Emde is Senior Vice President of Wilson Learning Corporation. In this role, his key areas of responsibility include sales, marketing, and the client services operations for Wilson Learning in the Americas.
Emde has 20-plus years of experience working directly with senior level executives in linking Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, Training and Education initiatives to strategic imperatives and business outcomes.
His experience includes prior executive and management positions with several of the leading training and organizational development companies in the industry including five years as the President and CEO of Blessing White. He also spent seven years with Wilson Learning Corporation earlier in his career managing business development and implementation services for key client relationships in the Midwest, and approximately three years with McLagan International, a performance management systems consulting and training company.
