Arnold Kwong has more than 30 years of experience in management, information systems, and customer-facing work. His roles in Sales and management include Business Development, Customer Development, and providing a variety of support for sales force automation, sales management, customer management, and market development. He was one of the contributing developers for the IEEE Standard on Soft. Productivity Measurement, was the corporate lead for the SalesTracker (an early SFA project), managed a complex web-delivered customer business, and has managed software development and implementation projects in sales force incentive management, distribution customer management, commission and sales reporting, sales prospecting, demographic marketing, geo/map based information processing, and sales training. He has extensive backgrounds in educational, training, and development products including trainer, professional development, curriculum designer, software product management, and testing/certification developer.
Arnold worked with ESR Research Fellow, Al Case at Gartner, Inc. where he was a consultant for the development for the Gartner|Software division where he helped develop the TCO (total cost of ownership) program; Research Director in the Gartner|Measurement division where he developed and delivered benchmarking and performance measurement programs; and Research Director and consultant for Gartner|eMetrix™ where he delivered performance measurement and improvement solutions across the supply chain from sales performance through distribution.
